It’s been a busy day yesterday and so my curious September post on looking back with curiosity is a day late. Lots of life living going on and I need to catch you up hopefully soon to let you know more. But for now without further ado let’s drive right into the recap.
I satisfied my curious mind by
- reading two new to me authors.
- reading one book for my RatW challenge.
- trying that AI workflow but then ran out of credits so no real progress.
- co-working session with my friend.
- I voting. And reading some of the parties manifestos.
I satisfied my curious life by
- going on a last minute vacation with the husband to the Baltic Sea. Recap to come.
- visiting not one but five museums with Melissa.
I satisfied my curious connections by
- celebrating my sisters birthday.
- some golfing with the husband.
- vacationing with the husband.
- spending three days with Melissa.
- staying overnight at my parents with a quick dinner and breakfast.
- having a quick phone call with my sister.
- having a short call with my aunt.
- having an hour long call with Dad.
- enjoying a dinner in a new restaurant with my church group.
- leaving 67 comments with blog friends.
I tickled my curious soul by
- folding oh so many little stars. And a few bigger ones.
- creating a new Pinterest board for things to do with my dad in the workshop.
I curiously continued my health journey by
- going to my general check-up (which I felt like it was not done well). Everything looks great though.
- getting a TBE vaccine shot. My first.
- starting my Zumba class again. Missed it.
- slightly reducing the coffee intake.
- pretty consistently managing to drink 1 liter of water.
- fighting for less sugar – mostly not successful but a few days where good.
- starting a fitness challenge with my health insurance provider which will result in cash back if I am successful.
I was most curious about
- Berlin museums.
I did one new thing
- helped a stranger on the “Be my Eyes” App.
- saw the Berlin Hat aka learning that it existed.
I managed to check off a few not so curious things
- sold one item (that took up lots of space) on eBay.
- chipped away on sorting emails and emptying the download files. Not nearly where I’d like to be.
Curiosity isn’t a distraction. It is your compass.
