It’s been a busy day yesterday and so my curious September post on looking back with curiosity is a day late. Lots of life living going on and I need to catch you up hopefully soon to let you know more. But for now without further ado let’s drive right into the recap.

I satisfied my curious mind by
  • reading two new to me authors.
  • reading one book for my RatW challenge.
  • trying that AI workflow but then ran out of credits so no real progress.
  • co-working session with my friend.
  • I voting. And reading some of the parties manifestos.
I satisfied my curious life by
  • going on a last minute vacation with the husband to the Baltic Sea. Recap to come.
  • visiting not one but five museums with Melissa.
I satisfied my curious connections by
  • celebrating my sisters birthday.
  • some golfing with the husband.
  • vacationing with the husband.
  • spending three days with Melissa.
  • staying overnight at my parents with a quick dinner and breakfast.
  • having a quick phone call with my sister.
  • having a short call with my aunt.
  • having an hour long call with Dad.
  • enjoying a dinner in a new restaurant with my church group.
  • leaving 67 comments with blog friends.
I tickled my curious soul by
  • folding oh so many little stars. And a few bigger ones.
  • creating a new Pinterest board for things to do with my dad in the workshop.
I curiously continued my health journey by
  • going to my general check-up (which I felt like it was not done well). Everything looks great though.
  • getting a TBE vaccine shot. My first.
  • starting my Zumba class again. Missed it.
  • slightly reducing the coffee intake.
  • pretty consistently managing to drink 1 liter of water.
  • fighting for less sugar – mostly not successful but a few days where good.
  • starting a fitness challenge with my health insurance provider which will result in cash back if I am successful.
I was most curious about
  • Berlin museums.
I did one new thing
  • helped a stranger on the “Be my Eyes” App.
  • saw the Berlin Hat aka learning that it existed.
I managed to check off a few not so curious things
  • sold one item (that took up lots of space) on eBay.
  • chipped away on sorting emails and emptying the download files. Not nearly where I’d like to be.

Curiosity isn’t a distraction. It is your compass.

unknown

I will tickle my curious mind by
…starting my book inventory – this will be a big project but its time to get moving on it.

I will tickle my curious life by
…spending a weekend with my best friend at the country home.
…spending a craft weekend with my dad in the workshop at the country home.

I will tickle curious connections by
…celebrating a night out in glam with friends.
…meeting my newish friend for lunch.
…having a fun church meeting with a sundowner at the church steeple.
…calling my sisters.

I will curiously continue my health journey by
…going to my OBG appointment.
…continuing my Zumba class.
…working on no sugar during weekdays.
…joining Elisabeth and the blog friends on CBWC.

I will tickle my curious soul by
…gathering a few berries and leaves before winter is here. Maybe try a new recipe.
…watching the stars at night.
…giving myself some grace. Life is a lot.
…planting some kale (if it is not too late).

I am going to be curious about
…the Art of Fighting – I booked an advanced reading club experience.

I will commit to the following not so curious things like
…starting my taxes 2025.
…sorting through my storage area – it is a mess and I need to store outdoor stuff for winter.
…getting the terrace winter ready.
…continue sorting through my download file and desktop file chaos.
…getting rid of my laptop → roll-over goal. And maybe the old phone and Apple Watch as well.
…cleaning my room. → roll-over goal. Its becoming dire… At one point should I delete this form my to-do list.
…reaching out to the landlord with some minor issues. → roll-over goal.

Any curious things happened in your life? What are you currently curious about? Any curiosities you want to explore in October?
