Homemade Vanillezucker!

Last week we had a little DIY with old Vanilla glass storage. This week we recycle the remains of a vanilla bean. And what do we do with them? Homemade vanilla sugar!

p38_recycletip #5_b2

Geht ratze-fatze-blitze-flinke! Viel Spaß!

Tobia

After scraping the seeds out of the bean cut up the peel. Take a cute little glass jar, put in the peel, add sugar and wait. The sugar will absorb the taste and odor of the vanilla. Easy peasy and in a jiff. Have fun. Tobia
